Return and exchange policy

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY.

  1. Exchanges and/or returns will only be accepted within 10 days of purchase. The material must be in optimal condition for subsequent sale, otherwise the return will not be accepted.
  2. Any request for change or return must be made in writing to info@ceramika.com.pa , the email must include the Order Number, the customer's full name, the phone number at which you want to be contacted and attach the necessary photos to identify the condition of the material.
  3. The costs associated with the return or voluntary exchange of the material will be assumed by the client and it will be their responsibility to make the delivery to our warehouses, located in the Las Américas Industrial Park, Warehouse No. 5, Pacora, Panama City.
  4. In the case of returns, a 5% penalty for administrative costs will be applied to the amount paid. Said refund will be made to the account indicated by the client within a period of 15 business days.
  5. The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: samples, clearance items, items marked SALE, SPECIAL OFFER, and custom orders.
  6. Any claim for tone (color) or visual defect (enamel) must be made before installing the product. The company will not be responsible for any claim of this type after the material has been installed.
  7. The company is not responsible for damages resulting from poor installation. For this purpose, qualified personnel must be hired and the appropriate tools and glue must be used.
