We are looking for a Jr. Interior Designer to work in our Brisas Del Golf showroom in the sales area , passionate about design. Responsible for the general management of the store, proactive, with ease of communication not only with the client but also with the internal store team. Attentive to detail in order to be able to make suggestions for continuous improvement that make the business grow. Organized and able to manage their time successfully to complete their tasks.
MAIN FUNCTIONS:
- Meet sales targets
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Be responsible for the client from start to finish: handling objections, purchasing process, complaints.
- Generation of reports (sales/customers/database) required by senior management
- Manage the store: label products with their prices
- Customer service not only in the store but also through alternative means such as WhatsApp
- Provide constant feedback to general management on store activity, giving suggestions for continued growth, increasing traffic, purchasing trends, customer needs, benefits.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Interior designer or similar career, focused on sales and customer relations
- Market knowledge of: floors/coverings/remodeling
- University degree
- Store hours: Monday to Friday: 09:00 am to 6:00 pm / Saturday: 09:00 to 3:00 pm.
- Salary consisting of: Base salary + commissions
It is a PLUS if you have:
- Sales experience
- Client portfolio (designers/architects)
- Knowledge of handling plans, design programs
- Knowledge of the type of product (tiles/sinks, faucets)
