- After receiving the order, our staff will contact the customer within a period of no more than 24 hours to coordinate the delivery details.
- The merchandise will be delivered to the address specified by the customer at the time of purchase.
- Delivery will always be to the door of the residence. In the case of a PH, delivery will be made in the lobby and/or depending on the volume or policies of each building in the loading area established for this purpose.
- Our staff or that of our suppliers are not authorized to enter the clients' homes, if this happens it will be under the client's responsibility.
- The company is NOT responsible for damages that may occur in the delivery area when there are obstacles that impede the circulation and access of personnel.
- The client must be present at the time of delivery or leave an authorized person who can receive it. If necessary due to the amount of material, they must have personnel to transport the material within their property.
- Due to the weight of the material, the box or packaging may be broken or damaged, however this should in no way affect the physical and aesthetic conditions of the material received.
- If you need to make a change after coordinating the delivery, this must be done 24 hours in advance, as these changes may generate additional costs.
- The company reserves the right to make deliveries to certain destinations for safety reasons of our Collaborators or teams.
- Delivery hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Due to volume and external factors that we cannot control, the company does NOT commit to delivering at specific times.
- It is the Customer's responsibility to verify the content and condition of the goods at the time of delivery. Once the copies of the delivery documents have been accepted and signed, the Customer agrees to have received the goods and waives the possibility of making subsequent claims.
- All paid merchandise will only be stored for a maximum of 15 days, after which a fine of $5 per day will be charged for storage.
- Delivery personnel are NOT authorized to charge or accept tips for any of the services provided.
- Deliveries within the country, including Western Panama, will also be subject to these policies, as well as those of the external transport service contracted for this purpose. The name and details of this service will be previously communicated to the client by our logistics team.
